Headshots that do not look like headshots
A repeatable studio session for founders and teams: direction, same-day proofing, retouched selects.
Most people hate being photographed because most headshots are taken by someone who says “just be natural” and then stops talking.
The session
Forty-five minutes, and we talk the whole way through it. The first ten minutes are throwaway on purpose — they are how someone stops performing. The frames we actually use are almost always from the last third.
Proofing while you are still here
Selects go up on a screen before the session ends, so nobody leaves wondering. Retouching is deliberately light: we remove the temporary and keep the permanent.
