A wedding that ran on its own time
Full-day documentary coverage and a highlight film for a wedding that started late, ran long, and was better for it.
Maya and Ravi asked for one thing: photographs that felt like the day rather than a set of poses. That meant staying out of the way for most of it and being ready when it mattered.
What we planned
We built the run sheet backwards from sunset. Ten minutes of portraits at the right moment beats an hour at the wrong one, so everything else — the speeches, the group shots, the first dance — was arranged around that single window.
What actually happened
The ceremony ran forty minutes late. Because the timeline had slack built into it, nobody had to be chased and the golden hour portraits still happened exactly when we planned. The dance floor shots at the end were unplanned, and they are the ones that ended up in the album twice.
