Warm restaurant interior at dusk with brass pendant lighting

Ember has tungsten pendants, daylight down one wall and blue-ish LED in the kitchen pass. Point a camera at it and every photograph comes out a different colour.

Fixing it at the source

We shot the room in three passes at dusk — the twenty-minute window where the interior and the sky outside are close enough in brightness that the windows do not blow out. Every dish was then shot on one balanced source so the food set matches the room set.

Where it ended up

The same files now run on the menu, the booking listings and the website. Consistency across those three is worth more to a restaurant than any single striking image.
